Empowering health clinic data from stakeholders Location of health facilities and geographic advantage using handheld GPS. The nearest average neighbor was used to determine whether clinics were spatially assembled or dispersed.

By using the neighborhood link analysis, it was found that the calculated proximity neighbor R calculated 1.71, while the value of Z is 5.29, which is higher than the criterion Z, which indicates the pattern of distribution of rock centers spaced and irregular, which means that the correct distribution and absence of the optimal distribution of rock centers when signed spatially and did not take into account the actual distribution For the population.
