تناولت الدراسة الجودة كإحدى أهم القضايا التي تهم أي مؤسسة تسعى لرفع أدائها, وهي عملية إدارية ترتكز على مجموعة من القيم تستمد طاقتها وحركتها من معلومات الباحثين وقدراتهم الفكرية التي تتمكن من خلالها تطوير وتنظيم مواهبهم في المؤسسة التعليمية واستثمار قدارتهم الفكرية على مختلف مستوياتهم وتنظيم ذلك على نحو إبداعي لتحقيق الجودة الشاملة.

وأضاف الباحثان أن الدراسة بينت أن ثمة مشكلات نشأت في مؤسسات التعليم التقني نتجت عن المتغيرات والتحولات السريعة التي غيرت شكل العالم وأوجدت نظام عالمي يعتمد على التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي المتسارع باستخدام تقنيات عالية التقدم, لذا استوجب الامر تطبيق مبادئ وأساليب الجودة الشاملة من أجل الارتقاء والتطور إلى مستويات عالية في الأداء والجودة ورفع كفاءة الخدمات الأكاديمية لتسهم في إعداد خريجين خدمة لسوق العمل والمجتمع, بأسلوب نموذجي صحيح ومثالي لتجنب تبديد الموارد أو سوء استغلالها بدعم الابتكار والتجديد وتنسيق الجهود العلمية والبحثية في قطاع التعليم في المؤسسة التعليمية وتحسين خدماتها لنشر ثقافة التميز والإبداع للارتقاء بمستوى الأداء التعليمي.

Abstract

The rapid change in the shape of the world and created a world order based on rapid scientific and technological development using high-progress technologies, so it was necessary to apply the principles and methods of comprehensive quality in order to upgrade and develop to high levels of performance and quality and raise the efficiency of academic services to contribute to the preparation of graduates in service to the labor market and society, in a typical way correct and ideal to avoid waste of resources or misuse by supporting innovation and innovation and coordinating scientific and research efforts in the education sector in the educational institution and improving its services to spread the culture of work and society Excellence and creativity to improve educational performance.
